We've partnered with Starr Strength to deliver a well rounded and periodised strength, cardio, gymnastics and olympic lifting program that's scalable to any level of athlete. Our coaches are trained to instruct a complete beginner all the way up to an advanced athlete and can assist in selecting the best approach to our daily program to suit you.

CLASS BREAKDOWN:
CROSSFIT: A combination of low and high intensity conditioning, strength and olympic lifting progressions as well as gymnastics and general skill development. Classes are capped so you get plenty of attention when needed from one of our coaches :)
MUMS & BUBS: Available every weekday, we slow things down and shift focus more towards core, balance and an intensity suitable to you, we have a fully secure kids area too!
SUPER SATURDAY: Typically a longer, partner workout and arguably the best vibes of the week, bigger classes with a strong community sense, these are what Crossfit at Southend is all about.
